Staff Annual Review Process Overview

The Staff Annual Review process is designed to support meaningful reflection, performance feedback, recognize accomplishments, and set goals for continued development. 

All Staff Annual Reviews are completed electronically in Dynamic Forms.

The steps below are completed in the following order:

  1. Employee Self-Evaluation – Employees complete the Self-Evaluation Worksheet and submit it to their supervisor.
  2. Supervisor Review & Drafting – Supervisors review the self-evaluation and complete the Staff Annual Review form. 
  3. Review Conversation – Supervisors and employees meet to discuss performance, strengths, and development goals. 
  4. Final Submission – The supervisor finalizes the review and the employee completes electronic signature and submission in Dynamic Forms by July 31, 2026.
